Re: Sandusky --- I 100% agree that he should be vilified from the rafters. But until people know his name, I think any attention drawn to it, is good. B/c while Paterno didn't technically do anything wrong, he also didn't do anything right and I think he should be help responsible for his lack of action too. I guess that's the price of fame, you are more exposed. If this was a small college w a no name coach, it might not make nat'l news. But that's the way it falls I guess.

yea, that’s true and definitely makes sense.  and i mean, i don’t feel bad AT ALL that he’s going to retire amidst shame/scorn for this after such an illustrious career - honestly, what was he possibly thinking?! so i guess it makes sense to shine a light on the fact that when you CAN do something, you should. ‘with great power comes great responsibility’ - ha.
