really frustrated and hungry
how come the internet tells me that no fasting is needed for the one-hour ‘glucose challenge screening’ but my doctor’s prescription blank has a one word note that says ‘fasting’ ???
this is incredibly frustrating. i’m off in an hour-ish to go drink 75grams of THESUGARIESTDRINKINALLTHELAND after which i will get poked with needles and then crash miserably and feel like absolute hell for the rest of the evening.
but perhaps i could have eaten breakfast and at least not felt miserable already.
this isn’t even my first time, i should know this by now. ugh. argh. etc.
