last night: steak, burgers, hot dogs, chicken sausage and corn on the grill, plus a giant arugula, tomato, cucumber salad to kick off our weekend with friends in from out of town…
tonight: dinner at the burger joint followed by a walk on the highline (and hopefully coolhaus ice cream sandwiches, or something equally delicious)
tomorrow: lounging around the house in the morning, hopefully...

harley and one of her classmates are the only ones up from nap and they appear to be having an animated conversation between them, pointing back and forth at each other and various things in the room. meanwhile all the other children are still sleeping which leads me to believe the teachers would probably like these two little devils to lie back down as well.
