Yknow what would be freakin AWESOME?? Ombre nail polish. Holy crap that would be cool.
Sometimes, out of nowhere, I get ‘magical mr. mistopheles’ stuck in my head. And it really sucks bc I only know 1 line of the damn song.

My family took bets before the wedding on how long it would be before I got pregnant with Brandon’s child.
One bet was conception three months after the wedding. Three months! They also solicited other family at the wedding to see if they wanted to buy in.
Too bad they wouldn’t let me place a bet because this is one gamble I’m definitely going to win.

reading back through tumblr posts today, i saw the picture of the devils game (that *i* posted) and thought, wow, how lucky was that person, forgetting for a second that it was ME that took that photo.
i sat about 4’ behind patrick elias as he broke the devils team record for scoring, and martin brodeur as he broke the nhl record for wins by a goaltender. totally amazing night.
Surprise? mediocre success. Lovely party? much bigger sucess. Party planning is awesomely exhausting.
couples pet peeve
this same thing happens frequently when getting together w/ another couple and it kinda bugs me - when immediately, people split off into guy/girl conversations.
1 - i think a group conversation can be more fun/interesting/enlightening/etc.
2 - what if i wanted to chat/catch up w/ the guy half of the couple?
3 - this keeps me from talking w/ my husband. yea i live w/ him, but spending a night...
